CDL Drivers - Hiring

Professional Drivers | Join Our Team

Professional Driver

AeroLuxe Ground | Transportation & Logistics

AeroLuxe Ground is hiring experienced, professional drivers who take pride in their work and expect to be treated accordingly. Built by leaders with more than 30 years in aviation, transportation, and logistics, our company operates on one simple principle: when our drivers succeed, the company succeeds.

Pay, Benefits, and a True Team Philosophy

We operate under a straightforward philosophy: The more money you make, the more money we make. This is a team effort. We do not win unless our drivers are profitable, supported, and treated fairly.

We offer competitive, transparent pay with no surprises. You will always know how you are paid, when you are paid, and what is expected. Drivers are compensated at a percentage of gross revenue on every load. A daily minimum rate covers unforeseen circumstances (also known as a weekly guarantee.) At the week's end you are paid the higher of the two amounts.

A comprehensive benefits package is available, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.

Our vacation policy is intentionally designed to protect safety, longevity, and fairness. After 12 months of service, drivers receive two weeks of paid vacation. at least one week is mandatory, with one additional week to use or available for personal days. Mandatory time off exists for one reason. Rested drivers are safer drivers.

After five years of service, drivers earn three weeks of paid vacation.

After ten years of service, drivers earn four weeks of paid vacation, an almost unheard-of benefit in our industry. We believe long-term professionals should be rewarded with time, health, and stability. Vacation scheduling and priority are based on seniority, ensuring a fair and transparent system for all drivers.

How We Run and Why It Matters

At AeroLuxe Ground, time off is not an afterthought. It is a deliberate part of how we operate. Proper rest is directly tied to safety, sound decision making, and long-term career sustainability. We build schedules that treat professional drivers like professionals, with predictable home time and real recovery built into the job. Fatigue has no place in this operation.

We are also clear about expectations and incentives. The harder you work, the more you make. Let’s be honest, we are all here to earn a living. This business does not run without our drivers, and drivers should not work for an operation that does not respect their time and effort. That balance is what makes this work.

AeroLuxe Ground operates as a partnership. We provide safe equipment, fair schedules, and consistent freight. In return, we expect professionalism, accountability, and pride in the job. When both sides do their part, everyone wins.

Schedule Option 1: Standard Rotation (Traditional)

  • Five days on, two consecutive days off.
  • Occasional sixth day only for unforeseen operational needs.
  • Local and regional operations.

This schedule provides consistency, predictable weekly home time, and a reliable reset.

Schedule Option 2: Extended Rotation - (Fair & Balanced)

  • Three weeks on duty followed by one full week off.
  • Seven consecutive days completely off duty.
  • No dispatch contact during time off.
  • Regional and light over the road.

Designed for drivers who prefer longer runs paired with real recovery time.

Schedule Option 3: Long-Haul Rotation (Road Warriors)

  • Approximately two months on duty followed by two consecutive weeks off.
  • Pre-planned start and end dates.
  • No interruptions during scheduled time off.
  • Regional and over the road.

This model supports dedicated long-haul operations while allowing true physical and mental reset.

At AeroLuxe Ground, time off works for you and the operation. During your scheduled time off, your assigned truck and trailer undergo preventive maintenance to address wear items, inspections, and minor repairs before they become major issues. This approach reduces breakdowns on the road, controls operating costs, and keeps equipment reliable when you return. The result is fewer surprises, safer trucks, and more productive miles. When drivers are rested and equipment is ready, everyone wins.

Our Commitment

Time off is not a benefit. It is part of how we operate. Rest is a safety tool, not a luxury. Well-rested drivers make better decisions, react faster, protect themselves and the public, and build careers that last instead of burning out in a few years. Our schedules are intentionally designed to support quality of life, consistency, and long-term success, not to squeeze every possible mile out of a driver.

We also understand that some drivers want to run harder or stay out longer to increase earnings. We are open to those conversations when the request is safe, legal, and sustainable for both the driver and the operation. Flexibility exists, but it never comes at the expense of safety or health. Our standard remains clear and non-negotiable: time with your family and your long-term well-being matter more than short-term money. That balance is how AeroLuxe Ground keeps good drivers, safe trucks, and a strong operation.

Why Drive for AeroLuxe Ground

We are currently operating professionally maintained Kenworth T680s, fully equipped for real-world driving. An assigned iPad for communication, ELD, Sirius/XM radio (when equipped), mini fridge, television, microwave, Keurig, and a cordless vacuum come standard in all trucks. We reimburse the cost of new TWIC® credentials and DOT physicals, as well as all required renewals after one year of service.

Safety is non-negotiable! If a truck or trailer is not safe, or if weather conditions create an unacceptable risk, the truck does not move. This includes severe storms, extreme winds, flooding, ice, snow, poor visibility, or any condition that compromises safe operation. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and completed correctly. No shortcuts. No pressure.

We treat drivers like professionals. Clear communication. Realistic expectations. Leadership that understands the job because they have done it. New equipment assignments and upgrades are handled through a seniority-based system, rewarding experience, reliability, and commitment to the company.

At AeroLuxe Ground, we value our company drivers because they are the backbone of our operation and the future of this industry. Many drivers aspire to become independent owner operators, and we do not see that as a threat. We see it as leadership in the making. Working here is more than a driving job.

If you want it to be, it is a hands on education in dispatch, compliance, safety, customer relations, and financial discipline. After two years of dedicated service, we will actively support you in transitioning to owner operator status. We will help you build your own truck under your own authority, run your own business, and we welcome you back as a partner carrier. We do not just tolerate growth. We invest in it and encourage it.
