Dispatcher – Entry Level

AeroLuxe Ground is hiring an Entry-Level Dispatcher for individuals who want to build a real career in transportation and logistics. This is not a call-center role. It is an operational position inside a disciplined, safety-first organization built by leaders with more than 30 years of experience in aviation, transportation, and logistics.
You will be trained to think ahead, protect drivers, and support safe, legal, and sustainable freight movement.

The safety of our drivers is non-negotiable. Dispatchers are trained to respect hours of service, fatigue, weather, and real-world constraints. We do not pressure drivers to run unsafe, illegal, or unrealistic schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist in dispatching company drivers and owner-operators
- Track loads and provide real-time updates
- Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Support DOT and FMCSA compliance
- Maintain accurate dispatch and load records
- Escalate issues appropriately to senior dispatch staff
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
- Interest in logistics, transportation, or operations
- Willingness to learn DOT and FMCSA regulations
- High integrity and attention to detail

Our vacation policy reflects how seriously we take burnout and fatigue:
