AeroLuxe Ground is hiring a Senior Dispatcher to lead daily dispatch operations for company drivers and owner-operators. This role is for experienced professionals who understand that leadership is not just moving freight, it is setting the tone for the entire operation.

We are actively fleet-building and expanding dedicated freight and owner-operator partnerships. Senior dispatchers are expected to be mentors, problem-solvers, and standard-bearers for how dispatch is done at AeroLuxe Ground.

Driver safety is non-negotiable. Senior dispatchers are responsible for protecting hours of service, managing fatigue, weather, and route risk, and stopping operations when conditions are unsafe. Leadership fully supports safety-based decisions without hesitation.

Leadership, Mentorship, and Team Culture

Senior dispatchers are expected to mentor and develop new dispatchers, teaching proper decision-making, professional communication, and regulatory compliance. This is not a sink-or-swim environment.

Professional conduct is mandatory. There is zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior, poor communication, or unprofessional treatment of drivers. Drivers are partners, not obstacles. Dispatch and drivers succeed or fail together.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispatch operations for company drivers and owner-operators
• Plan routes, schedules, and freight strategies
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance across all operations
• Negotiate rates and secure appropriate freight
• Monitor utilization, service levels, and on-time performance
• Resolve escalated operational issues professionally and calmly
• Mentor, train, and support entry-level dispatchers
• Reinforce company standards, culture, and communication expectations
• Help refine dispatch procedures and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven dispatch experience in OTR or regional trucking
• Strong working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and priorities
• High ethical standards and a team-first mindset

Vacation and time off are structured to protect performance and judgment:
