AeroLuxe Ground is seeking an experienced Full-Time Diesel Mechanic to support our growing fleet. We are actively fleet-building and operate under aviation-level maintenance, safety, and compliance standards. This role is essential to keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready every day.

This position is intended for a long-term professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands that maintenance decisions directly impact driver safety and operational success.

The safety of our drivers is the top priority and is non-negotiable. Every inspection, repair, and maintenance decision is made with the understanding that a driver’s life and livelihood depend on the quality of the work performed. If equipment is not safe, it does not operate. Period.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty tractors and trailers
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure full regulatory compliance
• Perform tire inspections, repairs, and replacements, including mounting
• Maintain braking, suspension, electrical, emissions, and drivetrain systems
• Identify issues before failures occur and recommend corrective actions
• Minimize downtime without compromising safety or workmanship
• Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation

Preferred Experience

• PACCAR engines and systems
• Cummins engines and diagnostics
• Heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance
• DOT compliance and inspection procedures
• 
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic in a fleet or commercial environment
• Ability to read, write, and understand English is mandatory for safety, communication, and documentation
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with tire replacement equipment and procedures
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-driven
