AeroLuxe Ground is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee drivers, dispatch, equipment coordination, and day-to-day fleet operations. This role is central to building and protecting the culture of AeroLuxe Ground. The Fleet Manager sets the standard for professionalism, communication, and teamwork across the entire operation.

We are actively fleet-building and expanding dedicated freight and owner-operator partnerships. The Fleet Manager is responsible not only for operational performance, but for ensuring the company remains a place where people want to work and stay.

The safety of our drivers is non-negotiable. The Fleet Manager is accountable for ensuring drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance teams operate safely, legally, and without pressure to cut corners. If something is unsafe, it stops. Leadership backs that decision.

Mentorship is a core responsibility. The Fleet Manager develops drivers, dispatchers, and support staff by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and addressing issues early and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations for company drivers and owner-operators
• Serve as the primary leadership point for drivers and dispatch
• Reinforce company standards, policies, and culture
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance across operations
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable
• Address driver concerns, performance issues, and conflicts professionally
• Support dispatch in planning schedules that protect safety and quality of life
• Mentor dispatchers and drivers to improve performance and retention
• Monitor key metrics including safety, utilization, and service performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management, dispatch leadership, or transportation operations
• Strong working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
• Ability to lead with consistency, fairness, and professionalism
• High ethical standards and a team-first mindset
